We've tried to make postage costs as fair as possible - each item has it's own postage element, which will vary by item, at the bottom of the item description page. A flat rate of £1.95 is added to all orders.

Items are dispatched as soon as possible after receipt of payment. Please allow up to a week for delivery, unless otherwise specified in the item description. Items may take longer at busy periods, particularly personalised items. We will get in touch with you if long delays are expected.

Unfortunately, we are only shipping in the UK at present. However, this is may change in the future.

We hope that you will be happy with your items, but in the unlikely event you do have a problem, please get in touch within 48 hours of receipt of your order to arrange returns or refunds.
